It is team building in a way that is tough to adequately describe. The duties change so much in a single build that it gives a chance for each person to shine and lead.  I have never seen the leadership on something turn over so many times based on skill set or so naturally as in this exercise.  It teaches you to understand your limitations and your contributions and become a leader the moment you must (nobody gives it to you or tells you to lead, you see the need to lead) and to allow others to lead when they can do it better than you....and it happens in a flow with all focused on an outcome, but none of us know quite how we are going to face the challenges and get there....together we do."
