Rules of Participation:

1. Artists are responsible for their display space and all items within.  White Pop-up tents are required.  Exhibitors’ belongings must be contained within their assigned 10’ x 10’ space.

2. Participating artists must be set up prior to opening each day.  All Artist Vendors must be open during all hours of operation.  Two artists may choose to share one display space as long as both artists are BCA members.  If one artist is not a member, he/she must join prior to the event.

3. Four electronic images or photographs representative of artwork must be submitted with application.  The quality of their artwork is expected to be equivalent to that of the submitted images.  Brevard Cultural Alliance reserves the right to expel any artist exhibitor whose product is mass-produced, deviates from the work depicted in application images, or deemed not suitable for display.

4. Giclees or reproductions of original works must be clearly identified as such.

5. Each exhibitor is responsible for the collection of Florida Sales Tax (6%) and payment to the Florida Department of Revenue on all sales made during the festival. (Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number must be available upon request)

6. Brevard Cultural Alliance reserves the right to refuse any application.
